Must be able to obtain County Food Handler’s Certification. Must undergo and successfully pass a background investigation to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Morongo Gaming Agency. Experience in guest service and food knowledge preferred. Must possess a high regard for guest service. Ability to tactfully and diplomatically deal with the staff. Performs other job related duties as assigned.Assists Server in taking food/beverage orders.Ensures workstation area remains well-stocked.Demonstrates responsible alcohol service in accordance with TIPS training.Greets and seats guests, take food and beverage orders.Provide quality guest service in a prompt, courteous and knowledgeable fashion.
